• 2 bedroom cottage, weekly rent of £122.00
• Accommodation comprising lounge, kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms, gas c/h, some d/g, garden, sheds
• A deposit of four weeks rent (£488.00) will be required. This will be held with the Deposit Protection Service.
• The tenancy will be by way of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an initial period of six months.
• To be considered all application forms must be received at the Trust office by 15th January 2021.
